Returns

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. In stock-items are usually sent the next business day.

We accept returns within two weeks if the item was sent from stock or was made to order and is normally kept in stock. If an item was customized it cannot be returned. Customized items cannot be returned since they were custom made to your requirements. All of our gold weddding- and engagement rings are customized (material, size, color and stone), and specially made to your custom order. Therefore these cannot be returned. If you have issues with the ring sizes, or quality issues we can of course solve those for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
